| DELIVERY AND RISK |

a. |
www.boeingphoto.com.my shall deliver all the Products ordered or purchased by a courier service company of its choice. It shall be deemed that you agree for www.boeingphoto.com.my to deliver the Products with the courier service company of our choice upon your payment for the Products which you have ordered through the Website. |

b. |
www.boeingphoto.com.my at its best endeavours, shall deliver the Products to your address as registered at the Website with conditions as below:-

| i) |
On the next banking/working day if payment is made from Monday to Thursday before 1.00 p.m. (e.g. Payment on Monday, Products will be delivered on Tuesday and so on). In the event, payment is made after 1.00 p.m., it will be considered in the following banking/working day and the Products will be delivered on the subsequent banking/working day (e.g. Payment on Tuesday at 3.00 p.m, Products will be delivered on Thursday). |

| ii) |
On the following Tuesday (provided Monday and/or Tuesday is not a Public Holiday) if payment is made on Friday after 1.00 p.m, Saturday or Sunday. In the event Monday and/or Tuesday are a Public Holiday, the Products will be delivered on the subsequent banking/working day. |

| iii) |
On the next two (2) banking/working days if payment is made on Public Holidays including public holidays in the state of Selangor. In the event the Public Holiday falls on Friday, the Products will be delivered on Tuesday (provided Monday and/or Tuesday is not a Public Holiday). In the circumstances, the Products will be delivered on the subsequent banking/working day. |

| iv) |
Notwithstanding the provisions in (ii) and (iii), www.boeingphoto.com.my requires one (1) banking/working day to process the Products for delivery on the subsequent banking/working day. |

c. |
www.boeingphoto.com.my will insured all the shipped parcel at our own cost (customer don’t have to pay for the insurance). www.boeingphoto.com.my will take full responsibility in case of lost or damage parcel and compensate you with a new shipment. |

d. |
In the event any of the failure to deliver or redeliver the Products to you is due to your fault, oversight or mistake such as inaccurate address etc, we shall contact you on the following banking/working day to confirm on the following options : |

| i) |
to continue with the purchase |

You shall rectify the mistake and subsequently we shall redeliver the Products to your registered address or any other address as notified by you. All cost incurred for each redelivery and/or redirect shall be borne by you. |

| ii) |
not to continue with the purchase |
| |
the contract between you and www.boeingphoto.com.my shall have no effect and thus your purchase of the Products shall be cancelled. The Products shall be re-delivered back to www.boeingphoto.com.my and you shall bear all the relevant cost including but not limited to the delivery cost, the said re-delivery cost and any additional surcharge applicable for each delivery and/or redelivery ("the Relevant Cost"). www.boeingphoto.com.my shall thereafter fully refund to you the full purchase price of the Products made by you minus the Relevant Cost after fourteen (14) banking/working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) upon our receipt of the Products. |

| iii) |
On the next two (2) banking/working days if payment is made on Public Holidays including public holidays in the state of Selangor. In the event the Public Holiday falls on Friday, the Products will be delivered on Tuesday (provided Monday and/or Tuesday is not a Public Holiday). In the circumstances, the Products will be delivered on the subsequent banking/working day. |

| iv) |
Notwithstanding the provisions in (ii) and (iii), www.boeingphoto.com.my requires one (1) banking/working day to process the Products for delivery on the subsequent banking/working day. |

e. |
www.boeingphoto.com.my reserves the right to alter or amend the delivery times and a one-(1)-banking/working day prior notice shall be served on you. All delivery times quoted shall subject to stock availability and delivery location. www.boeingphoto.com.my shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Products within estimated timescales. |

f. |
You must ensure that you or your authorised nominee is available to receive the Products on the delivery day. If you are not able to receive your delivery, you shall call us before 5.00 p.m. of the same day the payment is made and www.boeingphoto.com.my shall arrange for another date of delivery for you. If the Products have been despatched according to the address provided by you, you shall bear all the costs for the redelivery of the Products. You also may request for the Products to be redirected to another place as instructed by you. All cost incurred for redelivery and redirect shall be borne by you. |

g. |
Both www.boeingphoto.com.my and the courier service company agreed that the Products shall only be sent to the stated consignee, and the release form shall only be executed by the said consignee. |

h. |
You shall not be entitled to cancel your order and seek any refund from www.boeingphoto.com.my when you have paid for the Products. |
