| REPLACE AND RETURN POLICY |

Prior to any payment made, in the event you cancel your placement of order or www.boeingphoto.com.my does not receive your placement of order due to, including but not limited to, any technical error or failure of the Website, there shall not be an agreement concluded between www.boeingphoto.com.my and you and thus www.boeingphoto.com.my shall not proceed with your placement of order. www.boeingphoto.com.my assumes no liability for any direct, incidental or consequential loss due to the cancellation or non-reception of the placement of order. |

www.boeingphoto.com.my shall refund the full purchase price of the Products less the relevant cost including but not limited to the delivery cost, re-delivery cost and any additional surcharge applicable for each delivery and/or redelivery after fourteen (14) banking/working days from the return of the Products, if the Products could not be delivered and/or redelivered to you due to your fault, oversight or mistake such as inaccurate address etc. |

In the event you have paid for the Products and the Products have been delivered to you by the courier service company and you have executed the release form, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order and seek any refund from www.boeingphoto.com.my, save and except in the following circumstances : |

| when the Products delivered to you are actually manufacturer’s defective;in which you shall be entitled for replacement of the Products from www.boeingphoto.com.my provided you have fulfilled all the following conditions :

| i) |
you shall contact us and/or notify us in writing or by facsimile transmission within twenty-four (24) hours from the date of execution of release form provided by the courier service company and deliver or cause to be delivered the said notice in writing to www.boeingphoto.com.my (email: enquiry@boeingphoto.com.my ); |

| ii) |
you shall return or caused to be returned to us the Defective Products in its original condition (packaging and all of the content is complete and resellable condition) and quantity as it is first delivered to you; |

| iii) |
you shall deliver or cause to be delivered to us the proof in writing of your placement of order for the Products, payment and the delivery of the Products to you;
and www.boeingphoto.com.my at its best effort shall only replace and deliver the Products to you within three (3) working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) after manufacturer proven product is manufacturer’s defect. |

In any circumstances other than the circumstances aforementioned and subject to you paying a processing fee and delivery charges of not less than RM10.00, and your fulfillment of the conditions (i) to (iii) above, www.boeingphoto.com.my at its best effort will deliver to you the replacement of the Products within three (3) working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) after manufacturer proven product is manufacturer’s defect. |
