PRICING AND BILLING
   
1) How can I pay for items purchased online?
 
  a)
Payment can be made via cash to bank in to our bank account.
* Please visit your nearest Maybank branch to deposit the exact amount of money for the order you have made at www.boeingphoto.com.my. Please email us at payment@boeingphoto.com.my with a scan/copy/photo of the transaction receipt after you have completed the payment.
     
  b) Payment can be made via cheque to bank in to our bank account.
*Please notify us if you are paying through cheque, so that we can expect/wait for your cheque to
arrive/clear. Please take note that we will only ship out the orders after the cheque is cleared.
     
  c) Payment can be made via Credit Card through our online credit Card payment gateway.
*Please take note that if you are paying using your friends, family...etc. Maybank account, please email us
a screen shot of the transaction receipt at payment@boeingphoto.com.my . This is for us to verify the transaction.
     
  **NOTE**

2) Are online transactions safe?
 
  www.boeingphoto.com.my is using ipay88 (www.ipay88.com) as a payment gateway. Our payment gateway utilizes the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology – an industry-standard method for protecting web communications. Data is encrypted (turned into code) before transmission to prevent it from being intercepted.
 
3) If I don’t collect my items will I still get charged?
 
  Yes. Items are sold are not refund or exchange basis. You agree to these terms and condition when u purchase the items online. Items will be charged for the full price.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
   
1) How can I collect my items?
 
  Items will be send to respective address (house, office and etc) that buyer have enter in the "Shipping Address" column during the online purchase before checking out.
* Note: If item is send to remote area, buyer might need to collect at drop of point(collect center). Our staff will contact buyer to arrange the drop of point(collect center).
 
2) City-Link Tracking
 
  City-link shipment tracking will enable customer to track their shipment via online with the parcel tracking number.

3) If buyer provided incorrect shipping address during the purchase.
 
 

Buyer need to contact our customer service or email us a enquiry@boeingphoto.com.my to correct the shipping address. Additional charges might be charged to buyer due to incorrect shipping address or re-shipping fee.

 
4) What if my item is received in DAMAGED condition?
 
  a)
IF THE DRIVER HAS NOT YET LEFT YOUR LOCATION:
    Have the driver note on the delivery paperwork that the item has been received in DAMAGED condition, and that you are REFUSING the shipment. The driver will then take the damaged item and return it to www.boeingphoto.com.my. Once tracking shows the item as being refused, you can contact us and we will issue a replacement or a refund without being penalized in any way.
     
  b) IF THE DAMAGE HAS BEEN DISCOVERED *AFTER* THE DRIVER HAS ALREADY LEFT YOUR LOCATION:
   
1. Immediately contact the carrier that delivered your item to alert them of the situation.
2. Immediately contact boeing.com.my customer support to report the situation. Details such as: package condition, how it was received (left at front door, signed for), description of the nature of the damage, are very helpful.
3. DO NOT discard any of the shipping box or packing materials.
4. DO NOT discard the product itself. (It may be necessary for the carrier that delivered the item to return to do an inspection report on the damage).
5. DO NOT simply ship the item back to www.boeingphoto.com.my without first being instructed to do so. Taking this action may result in a denial of a damaged item claim per shipping carrier’s claims guidelines.
6. An item is missing from my shipment
First, check the tracking information on your order and make sure that you've received a box for each tracking number. If you have all the boxes, but still can't find the item, search through the packing material in the boxes to see if they are really empty. If you still can't find the item, contact Customer Support.
ORDER STATUS
   
1) How do I know my purchase is confirmed?
 
  Buyer will receive an email from us with information of items purchase, shipping address, parcel tracking number (if available).
 
2) How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?
 
  You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Most email receipts are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.
 
3) On Order
 
  A request has been made to cancel this item. Sometimes items enter the shipping process before we can cancel them. We'll email you within 7 to 10 business days (holidays and weekends excluded) to let you know if we can honor your request.
 
5) Cancelled
 
  Your order for this item has been cancelled. You will not be charged for it.
 
6) What if I have a backorder or on order?
 
  "Back Order" or "On Order" are not currently in stock at any of the warehouse locations. We have ordered the product from the supplier, but have not received a date yet as to when, or if, we will receive this product. We will update you periodically on the status of your order via email. If the supplier is unable to fulfill an order, your order will in turn be cancelled. While we regret cancelling any orders due to a shortage of inventory, sometimes these circumstances are beyond our control. Therefore, any items you require in a timely manner, we recommend not be purchased if on Back Order or On Order status.
RECEIPT
   
1) How can I save my receipt if I don’t have a printer to print ?
 
  You can click on the “save” button to save your receipt as a file in to your computer.
RETURN / WARRANTY
   
1) If items receive is defective, can i return the items?
 
  a)
Buyer will need to return items directly to the manufacturer. Such items are so marked on the website.
     
  b) Contact the manufacturer directly to arrange the return. Be prepared to provide the manufacturer with the following information: Date of purchase, Serial number, manufacturer part number.
     
  c) See below for a list of manufacturer contacts if you need to return a product directly to the manufacturer.
 
2) If my items are malfunction within the warranty period, where should I send to?
 
  a)
Buyer will need to return items directly to the manufacturer.
     
  b) Contact the manufacturer directly to arrange the return. Be prepared to provide the manufacturer with the following information: Date of purchase, Serial number, manufacturer part number.
     
  c) See below for a list of manufacturer contacts if you need to return a product directly to the manufacturer.

REFUND POLICY
   
Full or partial refund is only available if item is unable to ship to buyer where is the cause of www.boeingphoto.com.my error. Buyer will receives an email confirmation from www.boeingphoto.com.my ( sales@boeingphoto.com.my ) . The funds will be refunded back to the credit card/bank account of buyer used to make the purchase.
